I pushed myself way too hard yesterday - and as a result made a big mistake at work. It will take me 1 or 2 days to recover. I am upset about it, but not obcessing. When it happened, instead of high anxiety and self degradation, I ust said aloud: Lie and learn", and immediatey began to fix what I broke.
I am going to work at home today. THE HIGH IS GOING TO BE 67 DEGRESS. YEA.
I took a walk yesterday in the Sun. It was 52 degrees outside, but I felt compfortable taking off my hat so I could soak up some rays.
I awoke today feeling great love for my children. It just came pouring out.,..
