I have made a blog entries for a few days - I have been fighting the flu. The FLU temporairily has the advantage. I am eating mashed potatoes and grits (not together) to help settle my stomach. BTW - I LOVE GRITS!
I have had to cut way back on fruit. It goes right thru me. I miss it, expecially the dates. Thank You Linda for getting me hooked on Dates! and Medjool are the best, just liek you said!
