The Spirulina seems to be working. I can control the dose because its powder. I have been taking 1 teaspoon in 8 fl oz water multiple times a day. I do not count them. The idea is to take enough Spirulina that you never feel hungry.
I have 4 32 oz containers that I fill with filtered water. One is in the bathroom for when I take meds. The other 3 are at my workstation in the bedroom. I refill all 3 at least once a day. That's an average of 144 oz water a day, or 18 glasses of water. I seem to be urinating all the time.
When I was taking Spirulina before in tabular form, my feces was dark green, just like the pills. I was not taking even half the dosage of Spirulina daily that I am now. Which means that form of Spirulina just passed through me, I wasn't able to assimilate much.
The color of my feces is normal. I am still eating regular food so that my digestive system does not forget how to assimilate food. Mostly I eat Sushi-grade meats and red grapefruit. The red grapefruit seems to taste better than it ever has before. I also drink Aloe Vera juice as a treat.
I still get cravings and break discipline about every 3 days. I am able to keep myself from binging. I can keep it to just a box of cookies, and then I am back in control.
I am going to increase the dose to 2 teaspoons Spirulina a glassful.
The Spirulina powder makes a paste when it gets wet. It has some adhesive properties. I use plastic cups to drink it, plastic eating-ware to stir it, and a straw to drink it. it coats the inside of the plastic cup, I stir is with a plastic knife. i use the straw so that it does not turn my lips and teeth green. I use the knife to scrap the inside of the cup to get as much as I can. Damn stuff is expensive, it still turn my tongue the color of grass, and my spit, too.
I have found a source online which is 10% of the price I pay now. It will be the main component of my diet and food storage.
I get a little more energy every day. Weight loss has started again. I am getting good ideas faster. That was the first improvement I noticed. The rate of getting new ideas is increasing. I wonder how far I can push it.
