Now that I am sleeping again, I sleep and sleep and sleep. I slept 12 or more hours a night, with one or 2 two-hour naps each day. when will I "catch-up"?
I think I know how to change this. 2 things happened near the same time. I decided to stop taking pain meds, then a few days later found out that I wasn't taking anxiety meds. The anxiety meds help me fall alseep and stay asleep, but don't cause me to sleep a long time. The lack of pain meds makes me sleep longer, because my sleep is not deep enough, because I move around alot, because of pain.
So I will go back on pain meds and see how this improves. If it does, it means I can't get off of pain meds until I lose a lot of weight.
