I madea a mistake yesterday with my meds. The pillbox for my morning meds and nighttime meds are the same color. I took ,my daytime meds last night by mistake. TOday, I am stumbling around. The mood lite and Alpha-stim are not doing much to speed me up, as they usually do. I do puzzles each morning to test the brain. I actually lost to the computer playing boggle - that is a first.
I don't feel safe driving today. I will call work, and work from home. I wanted to see a movie today. Perhaps I will be awake enough to drive this afternoon.
