Is Satan a Homosexual?

In the cartoon South Park, Satan is depicted as old school:  Red skin, horns, tail and cloven hoof.   And he is a homosexual - his lover was Sadaam Hussein.   South Park has some tongue-in-cheek humor, so I thought I'd look closer.

Satan is also depicted as Effeminant on the Power Puff Girls.   He is referred to as "Him", which is part of the joke.

I finally found some source material.  Most Christians believe that God created the family, and anything that attempts to breakdown the nuclear family is evil (from Satan).   Since Homosexuality does not produce offspring, which is a commandment from the Garden of Eden, it is of the devil.   So that is one link between Homosexuality and Satan.

Most Christians don't believe humans existed in any form before birth.   They do believe that Satan existed before the earth was made.   Some apochrypha mention that demons lust after women.

Mormons took it a step further.   Mormons believe that humans existed as spirits before being born, and that Satan (then known as Lucifer) was one of them.   Lucifer was slated to come to earth and be born as a human, but then rebelled, and was cast out.   His everlasting punishment is that he will never receive a physical body.   Mormons extrapolate that since Satan will never produce offspring, that there is more of a connection between Satan and Homosexuals

Up until know, this discussion has been more or less doctrinal.    Mormon culture makes the huge assumption that Satan is Gay.   I do not know if a Church Leader has made any statement that could have been interpreted this way, so I put the source of this on the Mormon Rumor-Mill.

The creators of South Park like the Mormons, and probably got this idea for them.   IMHO, one of the funniest scenes in South Park is Satan giving an orientation to the newly dead for the day.   Several are confused and don't know why they are in hell, since they believed their religion was correct.   So Satan clears it up for them:   The true Religion is Mooormon.   MORMON.   so now let's get on with it...

South Park also depicts heaven as full of Mormons who get excited by the hundreds  for the idea of making cute bunny rabbit figures from egg cartons.

So that is my opinion - the concept that Satan is Gay comes from the LDS community.
