I figured out the reason why I could not sleep this week. It was my work laptop. I forgot to reconfigure it so it turned off the blue light. So every hour exposed to the blue light meant 4 hours of not being able to fall asleep. And since I was not sleepy, why not get more work done - so I didn't sleep for a long long time. for me, works better than caffeine.
so now my laptop display is mostly GREEN
